BILL MCKINLEY is a multitalented singer, dancer, choreographer, songwriter, actor, recording artist and entertainer. Originally from Indiana, he has been dancing and choreographing professionally since he was a teenager, and he lived and worked as a professional entertainer in New York City for 16 years before relocating to Madrid, Spain.
In New York, Bill was featured Off-Broadway in WHEN PIGS FLY, in numerous films and tv shows, and has appeared in all of the top cabarets there, including Rainbow & Stars, Maxim’s, The Metropolitan Room, Don’t Tell Mama and Eighty-Eight’s. Regionally, he performed extensively with Actors Theatre of Louisville, Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera, Indiana Rep, and Starlight Musicals.
As a recording artist, he has two critically-acclaimed albums to his credit (“Everything Possible” and “The Closing of The Year”), and he can be heard in the animated Disney films POCAHONTAS and MULAN, as well as a singer and voice-over artist on hundreds of national and international commercials for clients including McDonald’s, Coca Cola, Cadillac, Subway, Buick, Chevrolet, Pizza Hut and Wendy’s, to name a few.
A longtime human-rights activist, one of his proudest moments was being the only singer asked to perform for Matthew Sheppard’s national candlelight vigil on the steps of the Nation’s capital.
