CAROL WOODS is a veteran of Broadway, cabaret, television and motion pictures. Her Broadway credits include The Full Monty, One Mo’ Time, Stephen Sondheim’s Follies, Smokey Joe’s Café, The Goodbye Girl, and The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, but it’s her decades long run as Matron “Mama” Morton in CHICAGO The Musical for which she is most widely known. The winner of the 2017 BISTRO Awards Enduring Artistry Award and the 2017 MAC Celebrity Artist Award, she is also an Olivier Award nominee for her London performance in Blues in the Night.
